The message from the artist
The contemporary and singular caracteristics of his realisations associated to a double expression which are photography and light fittings make of Stéphane Courcy di Rosa a special artist.
To revele, he chooses the light. He models it like a material and changes the simple object.
The light go from a functional dimension to the sculpture of the space by the creation of an atmosphere, a scene, an invitation to travelling.
Exposed by this way, the perception of the photography takes the time to be matured, the vision of the photograph reveles itself little by little to the look of the resident whom immerses himself and re-interpretes the picture day to day.
The approach of this eposition is different. The goal isn’t to propose a coherent work exposed in its entirety but to adapt ourselves, to create a link between the space and the picture.
