The message from the artist



Jérémi Trocmé was borned in Meaux in 1975. Passioned by photographical experimentations, he builds his own photography approach with a strong trend to disrupt the references.










For two years, he works on numerical shooting, giving priority to the abstract, and looking for places where we run alongside everyday without looking.

 

For the “Révélations” serie, exposed in the Montmorency apartment, the goal was to make the spectator going into a kind of temporality that we don’t find very often in photography because of the main function of the camera: fixing the instant.


Between the first and the last instant when the eye look these pictures, every thing is appearing step by step. The confrontation between the abstract and the pictorial and the strange textures obtained by an enlargment technique drive you in a kind of decoding, driving the look to be active. But i don’t tell you more, now it’s your turn to discover.
